Whatever stage you are at I have probably been there myself! From Lancaster University alumna to graduate trainee, early career progress and challenges to senior leadership and UK Boards. I have had a long career delivering strategic change across the private and public sectors which has given me deep insight and experience into what it takes to be successful in corporate roles and leadership. That experience has also helped me to build deep expertise in effective Strategic Transformation design and delivery, essential skills for any current or future leader.
